Ways I Can Support You

Anxiety & Stress – We can explore where it comes from and find practical ways to manage its impact, helping you feel more at ease day-to-day.

Depression – Depression can feel heavy and isolating. Move beyond feeling heavy and isolated. I help you find fresh perspectives, build self-compassion, and feel better equipped to navigate life.

Shame & Self-Loathing and Internal Criticism – Shame can deeply affect how we see ourselves. Turn self-criticism into self-kindness. We cultivate greater self-understanding, helping you transform pain into lasting self-acceptance.

Neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism) – If you’re neurodivergent, I offer an affirming space to explore your unique way of being. We can find strategies that truly suit you, celebrating your strengths and helping you navigate challenges with greater confidence.

Chronic Health Conditions & Somatic Stress – Living with a chronic illness brings its own unique emotional and mental challenges. I can support you in building resilience, managing difficult feelings and finding ways to improve your day-to-day well-being.

LGBTQ+ & GSRD (Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity) Affirming Therapy – My practice is a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. My service is fundamentally identity-affirming and anti-oppressive, built on awareness of relational power dynamics. I honour your unique identity and experiences, including those exploring polyamory or ethical non-monogamy.

Relationships & Communication – Whether it’s navigating conflict, feeling misunderstood or noticing unhelpful patterns in your relationships, we can explore what’s happening and find clearer, kinder ways to connect with others.

Healing from Trauma – In a safe and confidential space, we can take things at your pace to process painful memories or experiences. The focus is always on building your resilience and helping you move towards a greater sense of peace and completeness.

How I Work

I provide an open and secure environment where you can express yourself freely and candidly. My role is to nurture your vulnerability while gently encouraging you to explore new possibilities for growth.

My approach is rooted in active listening and deep understanding, drawing on proven techniques and practical tools tailored to you. Therapy is a collaborative process; we work together to determine the direction of our sessions, ensuring decisions are made with your needs and autonomy as the priority. With a wide set of techniques and theoretical knowledge, we can discover what works best for you. Everyone is different and therapy should be adaptable to your individual needs and preferences. You can read more about my therapeutic experience and qualifications here.

Reaching out for help can be daunting, but it’s a powerful act of self-care. Each person’s story is unique and I am here to listen with empathy and without any preconceived notions. You don’t have to navigate your struggles alone. Together, we can work towards understanding your emotions, identifying patterns and helping you build effective strategies for a more fulfilling life.

Ready to See if This Feels Right for You?

I offer a free 20-minute initial chat – a relaxed, no-pressure way for us to connect. You can tell me a bit about what’s on your mind and I can explain how I might be able to support you. It’s also your chance to ask me anything about me or the way I work.
